We recently released two new timber investment listings and wanted to be sure you didn't miss the details.

The Triangle Forest is in the heart of the Adirondack Park in New York and offers both spruce-fir and hardwood stands. There are over 15 million board feet of quality sawtimber. There is immediate income potential through thinnings while the sawtimber continues to grow. Capital Timber Value is $2,362,200, or 83% of the asking price. The property is over 4,000 acres with miles of internal trails, leaving plenty of room to recreate and mange the forest.

On a different scale, Broad Brook Forest in Vermont encompasses just under 600 acres and has a Capital Timber Value of $584,600. Nonetheless, the property has a high-quality maple, birch and ash resource which is near maturity. The property has extensive privacy at the end of two town roads so it can also be a secluded place to establish a home and recreate. A high percentage of sugar maple also offers a sugarbush opportunity on some of the acreage with over 21,000 taps possible.
