Sassafras Plantation offers great paved road access off Tibet and Arnold Road. There is also county grade access off of Foot Piece Road. The tract has an excellent internal road system. Power is available along the county roads and interior where structures exist. To access the property from Georgia Highway 119 take Tibet Road approximately 1.5 miles and the property is on either side.
