REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON/BROKER WITH FOUNTAINS LAND
LOCATION: South Central Arkansas or North West, South Carolina, exact locations TBD
RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities will focus on conducting real estate marketing and sales services for our existing client base while working with our marketing division to expand business regionally.
REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an individual with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must possess experience in the real estate business and hold an AR or SC Real Estate License. Experience with land sales of all sizes is a must. Experience with forest/land management is a plus. Professionalism, adherence to high ethical standards, dedication to serving client needs, good writing/communication skills and experience managing a business center are critical requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Real estate duties include, but are not limited to, marketing existing client lands, preparation of marketing material, daily interface with customers, working with other members of the real estate/management team and, procurement of new business.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: An associates or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Solid experience in real estate sales and marketing required.
SALARY: Commission based.
