AVAILABLE POSITIONS

 

REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON/BROKER WITH FOUNTAINS LAND 

LOCATION: Northern New York, Adirondack Region

RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct real estate marketing and sales services for our existing client base while working with our marketing division to expand business regionally.

REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an individual with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.  Must possess solid experience in the real estate business and hold a NY Real Estate License. Experience with land sales of all sizes is a must. Experience with forest / land management is a plus. Professionalism, adherence to high ethical standards, dedication to serving client needs, good writing / communication skills and experience managing a business center are critical requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Real estate duties include, but are not limited to, marketing existing client lands, preparation of marketing material, daily interface with customers, working with other members of the real estate / management team and, procurement of new business. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: An associates or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Solid experience in real estate sales and marketing required.

SALARY: Salaried with commission supplement.

DURATION OF POSITION OPENING: Until position is filled.

Experience with land sales of all sizes is a must. Experience with forest/land management is a plus. Professionalism, adherence to high ethical standards, dedication to serving client needs, good writing/communication skills and experience managing a business center are critical requirements.
