From the town of Vonore driving down Route 360, one passes historic Fort Loudon, a public boat launch to the Little Tennessee River and the Sequoyah Birthplace Museum. From Route 360, Citico Road takes you to Mount Pleasant Road, at which point it is a 7 mile drive to the property. Electricity and phone service are along Mt. Pleasant Road.
The property offers endless opportunities for outdoor activities The interior roads, and maintained trails add up to over 20 miles of recreational access and exploration. Along the private roads and trails, there are 21 cleared sites, each strategically situated on high knolls providing scenic vistas and game feeding sites.
Another noteworthy attribute is the nearly 4,000’ feet of frontage along Chilhowee Lake, where Bolden Knight Bluff provides fine views of the lake and National Park beyond.
