At the center of Fountains’ Vermont expansion into rural homes is Alisa Darmstadt. While not new to Fountains (she is the company’s marketing manager), Alisa, will lead Fountains’ Vermont Rural Homes division as licensed Salesperson.
Alisa grew up in Vermont, part of an active family that enjoyed exploring the outdoors in Vermont and beyond. She graduated from Hampshire College with a concentration in ecology and anthropology. For her undergraduate thesis, she studied at Harvard Forest mapping patterns of land conservation. Later, Alisa developed an interest in other kinds of patterns and delved into interior decorating. She ran her own consulting decorating business for six years before joining the Montpelier office of Fountains Land.
Alisa brings to her work as a rural home specialist her understanding of natural resources; her passion for the forest, fields and mountains of Vermont; and her experience with homes of all types through her interior decorating business. In addition, Alisa is certified in real estate staging, so she can provide professional advice on how to prepare a home for showings. Alisa’s unique experience complements Fountains’ broad marketing capability to help buyers and sellers of Vermont rural homes achieve their goals.
